LEGAL & SCOPE DISCLOSURE: Strix Integrative Health Coaching provides wellness education, health coaching, somatic integration, and lifestyle strategy services within the scope of certification and applicable South Carolina law. Services are complementary in nature and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or the practice of medicine. Clients are advised to maintain care with a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. CPR/BLS instruction is delivered under current certification standards. All services are cash-pay unless otherwise contractually agreed.

A 4-6 week program including a comprehensive, written wellness strategy developed after consultation. Includes nutrition guidance, stress modulation protocols, sleep optimization strategies, movement planning, and accountability structure.
